are the practices effective?
We can use the practices I mentioned above by trying to implement them in organizations that have poor management and work environment, we can test and see if the practices are helping in improving the productivity of the employees by keep tracking the results and outcomes for every month, for example, we can send out surveys at the end of every month that contains questions about the company’s culture and values, we will see the percentage of the employees who are satisfied with the new work conditions/practices and see whether there should be more changes or not. We will focus on the feedback from the employees who have experienced discrimination and see whether the practices are helping in making them engage more in the company and its new rules. Meetings will be held individually in order to see each employee’s perspective on how they feel about the company’s work environment. We will also see which practices are more effective than the others and try to strengthen or change the less effective ones and see the change that will occur. As for the management department of the company, we will keep tracking how they are using the new strategies and principles successfully, finally, we will measure the percentage of the productivity improvement of the employees in the company.
