Join EEO training to know about your legal rights and duties under anti-discrimination legislation. For more details on discrimination and harassment, go to www.eeoc.gov.

Make the first move. Illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior should be reported to your manager, Human Resources section, union, or management.

Contact the EEOC or your local human rights commission if you have faced or witnessed discrimination against other employees/people. 



any discrimination or harassment whether they are verbal or physical arent allowed n any workplace, it is the employee's right to feel safe and protected in the company he works at. in order for the company to be successful, the employee and employer have to work in a positive environment that allows them to feel welcomed, engaged and motivated too. Diversity and EEO have both played important roles in making companies become more successful in many ways, they made the employees become more productive due to the opportunities and awareness they have provided for them. finally, always remember to treat people the way you would like to be treated.
