Hello, I am Reem Musleh, I have created this portfolio to show you two interesting topics that I have been learning about, that’s why I decided to create this portfolio in order to help you learn a bit about them and to acknowledge their importance.   I have always been interested in learning about topics related to business management such as companies' work environment and their cultural values, that’s why I chose to talk about topics that are similar to them and have a huge impact on them which are Diversity and EEO. I believe diversity and EEO determine the success of every company in the world, they determine whether the company is running efficiently or not, and they also affect the productivity of the employees which in the end will determine the reputation of the company itself. 

Having a diverse workforce means having different ideas, perspectives, and innovation, giving the chance to people to embrace their talent and skills is what matters the most in every organization, however, if the company has poor management in which it focuses mostly on the employee’s race, sex, religion, ethnicity or any other unrelated work details, that’s where the company starts failing. In this portfolio, I will be talking about the importance of having a diverse workforce that provides a pleasant work environment for the employees and how it affects the organization's productivity, success, and goals too.
